El Chapo recently has been staying at one of Manhatten's finest free hotels (where dining is free as well!!). His hotel is free for the "guests" but not for the taxpayers ...
Anyway, if Trump has a night out at Hong Kong AFTER he has built his wall, he will most likely pardon El Chapo!! The pardon given on the condition that El Chapo agrees to build a tunnel for Trump to use to get to & from Hong Kong without too much publicity!😉
And I'm sure El Chapo would be happy to pay for the tunnel!!
