There is no Constitutional authority for ANYONE to overthrow or remove the President except for the House via impeachment, followed by trial in the Senate, presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
And without proof of Trump's commission of "high crimes and misdemeanors" the subject will be moot.
The final straw in your argument, you fail to recognize that Trump is a Republican. The House of Representatives is Republican. The Senate is Republican. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court was appointed by a Republican.

but then again...'to preserve, protect, and defend the constitution' ... that went away when he stepped down. it wouldn't be the first time in history that someone decided to do something 'technically wrong' for what he believes to be 'for the greater good.' the problem is that i don't necessarily agree with many of the means by which he tries to achieve that good. i guess time will tell.

it's amazing how we can all look at the last 8 years and have completely different reads on the situation? creating jobs? back from the brink of economic collapse? he didn't create that many jobs and many more jobs were lost. if there's a net gain, it isn't much. and he only delayed the economic collapse. in that delay, he's set up a far worse collapse that is going to happen within the next two years. but trump will be blamed for that one, just like bush2 was blamed for the last one. remember: the last one was caused by clinton with the repealing of glass-seagal. this one was created by obummer. but twenty years from now i doubt they'll be putting that in the history books.
