OP is right.. what did he know and when? Because if he knew nothing, he was not in control of his staff or organization so he's a weak leader and poor manager. And the CIA says they briefed him, so it's also a blatant lie that endangered national security.
If he did know (as evidence suggests) and covered it up, well he's in deep shit...

Interesting that the head US Security officials don't know that our agencies listen in on Russian ambassador telephone calls. They may not have known it during the campaign (although they should have if they are qualified to be security head), but they didn't know our agencies had that info. once they came into power??? Amateur hour.
