We're in a serious drought. It's going to take several years of rain like this to get us out.
DWP dude on the news saying since we get a third of our water from Orville lake we are responsible for the spill way repair. Prepare for a higher water bill. They are sending our third of the water to the ocean so we will stay in a drought.

My opinion...
LADWP will use any excuse to raise rates, the City has skimmed so much from them they have not kept up with the infrastructure, much less expanded for the demand the new subdivisions everywhere require.
Too many cloudy days are depressing, just want to stay in bed.
Rainy days bed hopping sound fun.
