leaks are leaks...they are a problem for national security all by themselves.
when everything is drilled down and they find trump lied and has russian ties that will of course be dealt with...then you can have pence to blast until you can get obama's wife in and be happy again.
I am only posting this....about obama's EO 17days before he left office is it telling? give me your thoughts as to why he would do that? I know he did a one or two others before he left that were kind of like poison pills or hard to get reverse the effects.

Actually no they don't. Just as the OP stated Obama made an executive order saying they could share that info and that's what they did. The leaks are illegal yes, but it doesn't change that the behavior they issued was criminal. Cheeto is toast, less than a year he'll be out
They can share the information with other agencies due to a really stupid Obama executive order...but this was shared OUTSIDE the intelligence agencies......
Flynn was a private citizen...not yet in any office. They violated his rights...clear and simple. Yes, investigate if there was anything he said that was a problem...but the real issue is NOT Flynn, it is an illegal leak.....
Hope they tap your phone, check your internet activity, find out all YOUR personal secrets and release them to the press....I bet you would feel otherwise.....

No one said an investigation is NOT needed....read what I said....
But far too many people are overlooking the violation of rights here.....
If we allow government officials to bulldoze our rights, it won't matter who is in Office, we will all be screwed.
Why did Obama put this executive order in place in the last 3 weeks of his administration? It is was so necessary, why not 8 years ago, or 4 years ago, or even a year ago.
We can't let our intelligence people have free rein to violate rights of citizens and that has nothing to do with party....
