thinking about pirating all the movies i see from now on...might have to figure out how to actually do that.
i still have to see the animated stuff as that's where family is in the cycle. oh ya...i need to keep watching TV shows....and since i am locked in for two years with direct TV might was well watch what is already there...hbo, showtime etc. otherwise fuck them

Most of the movies made in the last 20 years are crap. They either piggyback sequels, rely on big name stars or flood you with special computer generated effects. The writers can't write and the actors can't act.

The Oscars have devolved into a Ctrl-Left-Elite circle jerk. I've tuned out in past years due to whatever artsy-fartsy, avant-garde, limited release cinematic drivel which the majority of the average population hasn't seen (or heard of) wins accolades. I was sick of having that shoved down my gullet, and this year it'll be worse. It will be all be about the current political climate, so I sure as hell won't be watching.
