I once heard someone say if they claim to be an owner or mod they are not.
Words to live by.

If someone on the site says they're an HX owner or mod, send in a help ticket to the site and report them.
If someone is claiming to have an HX handle and they can't confirm via PM that they are who they say they are, PM me with the handle they're trying to use and their phone number.

It was pinned by community vote. Voting to pin and voting to delete are two seperate issues.
And if you click on operational history from the moderate link, it'll show a bunch of votes by various community members. If it has a reason next to it, it's a vote to delete. If there is no reason, it is a vote to keep.

No. I send Off my details and don’t like to discuss financial matters outside of that. He text to make an appointment to meet within 10 min of me sending my info so the timeline and his specific time request ( that he added on mid visit *sad -_- trombone*) hadn’t clicked he hadn’t confirmed actually receiving pm until i went to rate the handle poorly and realized i had No evidence this guy was the guy who ripped me off aside from a text. Was a new perspective on the system i can appreciate more moving forward.
