Why we need a wall when Mexican illegal immigration has been falling for the past 10 years. Maybe it made sense in the 80's. Maybe it's to keep Americans inside in the future:-)

Instead of the wall it would be much cheaper to ENFORCE the current law that makes it illegal to hire undocumented workers.
