Lot of information to digest there, let me get back to you.
But how many BKs, compared to Trump's?
There sure is a lot of smoke.....
Not necessarily.... if you actually take a step back, not everything one disagrees with is "fake news."
lol
Raises more questions... if nothing there, why didn't he just release them during the campaign? And what happened since 2005, where are the new returns? Did he release them or was he pressured?
Can't wait for Kellyanne Conways spin on this....She is the funniest thing in the Whitehouse since Billy Carter... (for the young ones, he was a beer drinking peanut farmer who was the brother of the President)... what's even funnier is he was more honest.
So, glad I'm not a bookie.
That may be true, but it is also a deflection tactic....
Why is trump so scared
Not to worry , they're "alternative" facts and numbers.
I'm learning how to be more assertive.
Why so scared?
He knows the more the truth comes out, the more that the Republican establishment that allows him to stay in office so they can push through their agenda, will be forced to demand answers to all the questions being raised. They will have no choice in order to save themselves.... Besides they will be more than happy to have Pence lead them the rest of the way.....
Trumpet is hiding behind his wall street buddies who he appointed to protect him.
The truth will come out someday, and when it does.....
^^^
Seriously?
So funguy used one of those deflection tactics that I referred to... its a complete falacy of logic, but regardless, it is effective unfortunately.

Made $158 million
Paid $36.5 million in taxes
Roughly 23% tax rate
Just so everyone has the numbers
Here we go with the name calling...go on
23% tax rate in 2005?
He really needs a better CPA.
In the mean time Mr. Tax the rich free college for all, Bernie Sanders paid a 13% tax rate on his 2014/2015 taxes.

Personally I don't care what someone pays in taxes considering that everyone try's to pay the least amount. He gets out of paying good for him. The GOV Always creates loopholes for themselves and the rich that pay them. Income tax is a slave tax anyway. Why do u need to pay for the privilege of working. We should only have property tax, sales tax, luxury tax that's it. That's how you get the rich to pay. Think of all the money we could all save by not having to do taxes no accountants less IRS employees. More money to give the ladies on this site. Can wait to see who gets mad at me lmao

So back to the tax nonsense, since the other nonsense is getting away from the topic.
The 2005 return was him paying taxes in the last year the realestate bubble held up, the following year it came crashing down. What were his write offs then? Don't think that it was lucky to get these tax forms from 2005. It was strategic. It was the last time he paid a fair amount of taxes. He wrote down the value of everything, including his fucking dog house every year after that and while millions of Americans lost their homes and really went broke, he wrote off losses on loans using financial acrobatics (all legal but still fucked up because that kind of opportunity is not afforded to Uncle Jim's farm) and maintained his fortune.
That is the story that should be coming out of this story.
You do understand that the real interest in Trumps tax returns is not how much he pays... that is a deflection tactic.
The real reason is that people want to be able to follow the money if you will, to determine if Trump has questionable business ties with Russia and other countries. It is relevant.
@82DABN yep... that tax code would make hella sense.
But since we run a democratic social welfare system, we do need to pay taxes on wages. How else are we going to keep our roads kept and our military severely underpaid?
its just a distraction. I usually don't put any comments on these blogs, but he's about to screw a lot of people either out of insurance or to the point they are spending ridiculous premiums. Seniors should have to worry about this. They need to enjoy their retirement without being screwed royally by the government.
have a great day everyone

Maddow.... an embarrassment to her network and her career.
She let down her viewers and killed her career.
A sad way to draw attention to yourself.
Classic TV ... watching MSNBC this morning... comedy watching everyone spinning this story to minimize the damage.
Trump didn't want this information outed because he is embarrassed he paid too much taxes.
Good work spidy!

spend a few hours reading about the old plan...where we were before it was put in...what it is now and where it's headed without bailing out or changing. its not going to be an easy fix...not every one is going to be happy.
last twenty years i worked with people getting ready to retire and having to deal with health cost before they can get on medicare typically 5-8 years....its not easy and its always been really expensive. these people plan years in advance of this.
hopefully they can work on medical cost and transparency...something all parties have talked about for years and hasn't happened...probably not with this administration either.

Hey Star dumb fuck.... the blog is about tax returns
Idiot
It doesn't matter what he paid or didn't pay, as long as he followed the tax law and didn't cheat on his returns.
If he paid more taxes that he was legally required to do, that would prove he is the idiot some think he is.
I'm sure he was more honest with his reporting than some of you criticizing him are.
elite i was responding to a post...dick head
btw...who gives a shit...look where the fuck we are
Where are we?
Did something change?
Love to know or do you require a safe space?

dimviews has trumpy's language down spot on..."sad and embarrassment" for Maddow? You are as far off as your dim witted leader. And he got his tax rate down because he posted 100 million in losses! Yo people, this info was mailed to someone, not stolen, sort of like Hillary's emails? So yes if you are wealthy this is your prez. Cut medicaid, which he said he wouldn't do, charge more for senior citizens, and give breaks to the well off.
