Call 911 and let the cops and paramedics deal with it. True story: one of my delivery drivers saw a mailman getting bitten by a dog. He tried to pull the dog away from the mailman, and was successful in doing so.
A couple of weeks later, we got sued. The mailman's lawyer claimed that my driver aggrevated the mailman's injury by yanking on the dog.

you can't be too careful, I say pull them out contingent on the fact they sign a release of liability waiver as their skin melts off.
I am making my first site and on the 'submit' button in regards to screening I have a little note that basically states if you have a heart attack and die in the middle of our session, not only you but your family, dependents and anyone else representing you/your estate are unable to file any type of legal suit for damages or loss of life. Although appropriate, not sure how binding it may be and I hope to never ever find out.
