You can get your level up by being rated. The higher the level the person is rating you, the faster your level will go up.
To charge fx points, you just go to your album and hit edit album and it should give you a option at the bottom.

I agree. Level's don't matter as long as you have a few people in your network who are themselves rated as upstanding.

Re setting up an FX points album, I believe you have to be a member of the site for 90 days before that option becomes available to you. The workaround is to create a private album and label it 599 or whatever and then whitelist folks who send you points.

No levels don't give more privilege. U can add effects to ur as with fx points.
