i used a "onevanilla" visa pre-paid and they said they paid CC Bill but the money never went through

I went to Ralph's and accidentally got an mc DEBIT card. Didn't work. ccbill doesn't like debit cards. Don't make the same mistake as me. Luckily, I can use the card for other things.
