"Universal" health insurance is not financially feasible unless you FORCE people to participate. I work in medical billing and I see so many young adults with good jobs but no medical insurance when they get hospitalized for everything from appendicitis to motorcycle accidents. They stiff the ambulance, stiff the hospital, stiff the doctors, and just make all the bills "go away" with a $3,000 bankruptcy.
Everybody else pays more because they won't take responsibility for themselves. They would rather spend their money on new iPhone's, over-sized trucks,and going to Vegas.

Universal single payer is the best tort reform you could get. It ELIMINATES the actual damages part of every suit. A plaintiff who is fully covered for medical care has no out of pocket damages. If you limit general pain and suffering type damages to say $250K, you have all but eliminated tort litigation lotto.

YOU are implying that Trump is a fraud because some hats and mugs are made in China. Otherwise, you would NOT have even made the statement......heck, there are knock offs all over the world. Saying hats and mugs are made in China is akin to the sky is blue and the Pope is Catholic. We ALL know lots of stuff is made in China or they would not have $200 Billion in exports....Duh.... The purchases on Trumps site are made in America. That is what is important...that is NOT fraudulent.

No, I'm not. Like iwant said, he's a fraud because he paid damages to people in settlement of charges that's he a fraud. If he wasn't a fraud, he would have won his lawsuit.
My point, which you conveniently exemplify for me, is that people who vote for Trump are simpleton hayseeds. How the fuck are you going to wear a hat, made in China, with a campaign slogan on it that promises to bring jobs back from China??? Probably, bottom line, Obamacare stays but Trump realizes the easy issue is the deadbeat cheats who are young, healthy and not participating, even though it is the law. And who will expect coverage when they get older.
Recently saw a guy who refused to follow the law and get coverage, then got leukemia and went to a crowd funding site to beg money for his medical bills, since he had no insurance.... seriously.
The easiest way to accomplish deadbeat participation and tort reform is universal healthcare.
