He thought he was a entertainment insider because he was exploited on a reality show but now no one in the biz returns his calls or will play at his party...
He squandered his 15 minutes of fame, lost the popular vote and now has record low approval ratings even before starting the job...
He's pissed off key people he needs, including intelligence and legislators. He's gonna need to start his term with some serious apologizing and ass-kissing if he wants to get anything done...
Several of his nominees for cabinet jobs have been embarrassed, quit, or shamed by the ethics checks... And they probably are not too happy about it.
He's made loud, foolish promises about Obamacare repeal--"everyone will have insurance". So everyone is backing off from that disaster-waiting-to-happen and letting him fail on his own.

And at least 29 congress people are being totally "classy and American" and are boycotting the inauguration....Not a single Republican boycotted Obama's inauguration...
But that's right, When the left don't get their way, they go pout in the corner.
We need to unite....we need to pull together for the good of this country. This is starting right off as a shit storm.....I do think Dems might be making a huge mistake....most people in the US want some changes made and if they see a bunch of whiners who show NO class not even showing up...they might tilt the numbers even worse.
Trump met with Martin Luther King's son today and discussed voting rights and that Trump wants to represent ALL Americans....
Doesn't look like John Lewis represents all Americans...

Obama's inauguration was a party, kick-ass celebration with hope and joy and great tunes. Republicans were lucky to be invited.
Trump's is more of a wake than a party. Hell, the dems can throw a better party of their own, stay inside out of the cold, and watch the stuffed shirts pretend to have fun on TV.

NO the inauguration is the actual ceremony where the President is sworn in....all the hoopla, Gala Balls, parties, entertainment is all a bunch of bullshit partying...
The ceremony is the key.....boycotting that is boycotting the USA. This country is bigger than either party or any one candidate....This handful of Democrats are being petty and whiny. Of course, many of them are the representative of OUR State....so what do you expect....LOL.

And no, that ridiculous "pull together for the good of the country" BS is being called out by the dems finally. Trump took some crazy positions, lost the popular vote, has messed up the transition, lost support in the polls, and lacks charisma, political skills, leadership, and courage. He's coming in the beggar.
If he changes his tune, maybe there can be some coming together, but for now he stands alone.

The stock market has been on fire since his election, numerous U.S. companies are keeping jobs in the country, has put together a very strong cabinet to be, and has already sent a clear message...it isn't politics as usual.
The popular vote doesn't mean anything...we elect our President by state's electoral votes.....he would have run a totally different campaign if it was total vote count. He spent NO time in CA, since he knew it was a waste of his time. Hillary's total vote differential was made up HERE in CA...

Yep Republicans are the ones with the most to lose. Remember, the Repub leadership spent 10's of thousands of dollars in ads against Trump in the primaries, because they didn't want him as their candidate.
Not because they were afraid he would lose, but also because they were afraid of him winning, then bumbling around, acting badly, and eventually ruining the Republican brand and taking down the party... and he's well on the way.
For the most part, the dems will sit back and let him be Donald. It's their best strategy, and the next elections are less than two years away...

You can't expect everybody to rally around somebody filled with so much hatred, and for there to be no consequences when he spews asinine rhetoric.
