Good ratings on Friday evening does not mean the show was profitable for ABC. The show was owned by 20th Century, which changes all kinds of economic issues in terms how ABC makes money. ABC seemed to want to reblock the whole Friday evening time slot with other kinds of programming but that really translates as they didn't want to pay 20th what it wanted for the show amd wanted to put programming they produce and own into that place. Did politics work into the decision.? Maybe. It can be hard to sell advertising for a program or performer who is identified as controversial. Advertiser shy away from being linked to anything that inspires turmoil. In Hollywood the only politics of any real import is the dead presidents on the money that goes into the bottom line.

He was absolutely right. I remember reading history books about how the nazis cruelly cancelled all Jewish shows. It was truly a dark time in our history that is already repeating itself.

I overheard the neighbor's chatting in their patio complaining about reverse racism and how Kaepernick is trash and I felt an urge to go downstairs and slap that Cracka Bitch.
I normally get pisssed at liberals/SJWs but there was something about that tone and words coming out of that white mouth that made me want to spit in her face.

Look ... ABC is Disney ... Disney does not want to rock the boat either way ... they want smooth sailing like in the It's a Small World ride .... and +2 on Kodi , and if you add the Exodus app, you don't need anything else ... not Netflix, not HBO, not Showtime ... NOTHING ... cause everything is there ... hell, you don't even need movie theaters anymore.

It's a horrible show. I'm surprised it lasted this long. Who watches TV on a Friday night, and who watches TV at all? With Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, on demand, who wants to sit through a crap show and watch crap commercials along with it?

But you think a profit agenda was secondary to ABC's "liberal" agenda. Wow. LOL.
