Signed a terrible deal with Iran....that they have violated already.
Let the crazy lunatic in North Korea shoot off missile tests for the entire time he was in office.
Drew his red line for Syria and did NOTHING when they violated it.
Let Russia march into Ukraine and Crimea....and said NOTHING
Apologized to the entire world for everything the USA has done in its history.
Lost an ambassador in Benghazi and did nothing.....including even trying to save our people on the ground....
Do you want me to list more.....LOL.

The Press and the left keep telling us all the accomplishments of Obama and continue to point out that Trump is doing nothing.
We were the laughing stock of the world under Obama. Our allies felt we abandoned them... and our enemies pushed forward faster than they have done in years, knowing full well we would do nothing.

There has been ONE 9/11.....most of the security for the country came under the last period under Bush....
We had the slowest recovery in 50 years and more people hit the poverty level under Obama....

Didn't Trump Reveal Highly Classified Intelligence to Russia? This puts peoples lives at risk. Trump scammed people with a phony University. Trump has also often donated to prosecutors investigating his business. He had 3,500 lawsuits which was unprecedented for a presidential nominee.The guy is a scam. He has the House and Senate, time to get things done. So far he has made first time homeowners pay more and sold out your privacy online. I don't know if I can trust anything he says, the guy lies so often.

The FHA which provides insurance for home mortgages actually had too many defaults in 2013 and had to get $1.7 billion from the U.S. Treasury. Obama lowered the insurance premium for the first year of home buying (which would cause them to get less money for future defaults). Trump merely restored the fees to the level right before Obama lowered it at the very last minute while still in office.
Tell the whole story, not just the 'Democratic talking points'

You failed to mention there was also a surplus which is why Obama made that decision. The bottom line is, that it's not beneficial if you are a first time homebuyer.
