That story did not meet CNN's editorial standards and has been retracted. Links to the story have been disabled. CNN apologizes to Mr. Scaramucci.

I might disagree....a person with NO network has no data points and thus the potential is much higher for error. They have had NO interaction and thus you might have a 50/50 proposition on your hands. Absent any information, you are totally without statistical evaluation.
However, a person with 1 negative out of 48, actually has a 98% confidence level of safety 47 out of 48.
