I live in Chicago IL. I'm responsible for 3 of those shootings.
3 liquor stores in a row refused to give me credit. So I shot them foos.

Chicago is nothing but the favorite political whipping boy of the terrified right wing.
The murder rate is still only huber 8 per capita on a national scale. It's almost half of the murder rate in St. Louis, but you don't see a bunch of Teabillies whining and crying about that.

It's not only where Obama is from but it's current mayor is none other than his former Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel. Anything to discredit Obama and his administration.

Not in 2016. Notice when the graphs get to Chicago in 2016, there is a random spike. I find it disturbing no one is talking about Flint. Flint's water was bad. Flint's murder rate is off the charts and has been for years.
