"Can" is the operative word.
|
|
But it is not a "fersur" thing, even in the Trump era?
|
|
Obama era - ignore the immigration laws\policies.
Trump - enforce the immigration laws\policies, including Obama's.
But what will happen in your friends case is anyone's guess.
I wish him well.

If she is Russian, get a good lawyer and there is hope. If she is Messican, Slope or Blah, save the money for lawyers 'cause she be gone.

Can I fuck her before she leaves?
|

Not a lawyer, but a 1 minute search on google says she can't be deported unless she is Denaturalized. Criminal acts alone aren't grounds for denaturalization, but lying on immigration paperwork, belonging to a subversive group, or refusing to testify about subversive groups can.
Ultimately, they should contact an immigration attorney instead seeking advice from us idiots.
I too would like to get in line to bang her if she's hot, deportation or not.

F_ck me! Sher, you know Melania Tramp???? You been holding back on us dog. What's her handle??

you can't deport a US citizen.... if that is the case as stated by the OP.
|
|
Asking for a friend right?
|

If they cold deport US citizens, there'd be fourteen people left in this country now...just sayin (and none of them would be Redmen...hi, bye, Burnsie)
(just kidding, we take pity on hunchbacks)

No. But the current administration and their supporters could change the law. Immigration law is whatever the congress and the supreme court says it is. That being said revoking American citizenship is very rare.
As far as tax problems are concerned time is your allay. Even tax fraud has a statute of limitations.

crazy
She can my citizenship
|

Start the deportation process now!

dblednmike is correct, it would appear that she committed fraud on her immigration / naturalization applications which is a basis to revoke citizenship.
On the other hand, she can't be deported unless they do revoke citizenship which would be a lengthy process and BCIS is not likely to take it up on some jilted lovers allegation. They would also need hard evidence to prove it. Considering that the events in question probably occurred over five years ago, the hard evidence, if there ever was any, is likely to be disappearing fast.
Oh, by the way, if he was the petitioner on her green card application, is he going to cop to have conspired with her to file a fraudulent application?
Just my $0.02. Worth every penny. Just my commentary on your fucked up situation and not to be taken as legal advice.
