Improving eye sight with simple exercises and vitamins

I got my first pair of readers about 10 years ago, 8 years go I went to the eye doctor for my first pair of prescription glasses. My eye sight has steadily declined over the years. After losing my prescription pair a few months ago I went to the store to buy a pair of readers and I ended up needing a plus 3 readers. I tried eye exercises and eye vitamins. After about 5 weeks I now can read .with plus 2 readers. I take the eye vitamins from Trader Joe's and do these exercises twice a day. see link below for the exercises.

Exercise can only help if the problem is muscular in nature. Many people need glasses because of lens or retina problems. No amount of exercise will help them.

Thanks for sharing the information. I shared the video with my mom. Because she needs it. Exercise eyes are not eye good for the eyes but also good for the mind.
