all these budget suckers in congress are afraid to do anything. The only way anything will get done to improve the health care mess is....
1. All members of Congress, their staff, the Executive branch, and Judicial branch have to join and becomes victims to obamacare, they gave it to us so if it's good enough for the taxpayers who they work for, it should be good enough for them. The only other option would be to open up the FEHB that they currently enjoy, the Federal employee health benefits program should not be an exclusive club benefits for just the ruling elites

I am fine with our government firing half of the Federal, State, County and City employees (and make the rest of them pick up the slack and actually work for a living.)
Then put a freeze on the budgets of all programs so they can't keep spending more money and make the Department Head justify every dollar that will be spent by his or her department, and don't just say, we spent 500 billion last year so we need to spend 500 billion plus a 10% increase.

There were 78 different public committee sessions on the ACA. There have been exactly zero on whatever the GOP wants to do. I no longer care. Canada is like the rest of the civilized world. Basic medical care is a human right. Negotiation with drug companies is permitted. Its only in Trumpsylvania that health care is whatever pleases the billionaires and the buying power of Medicare is not used to negotiate drug prices.
