Given the terrible political climate and witch hunting happening across the nation, Flynn would be a damn fool to testify in a congressional committee without immunity....it has nothing to do with whether he has anything to hide.....it is all about some Senator trying to trick him or trip him up and getting his to perjure himself....
Otherwise, why would he voluntarily testify.

they are saying it would most likely be immunity for "use of words" in testimony so they can't be used against him or conjuring a complaint against him.
if he indeed broke the law they could still take him to court and this would in theory not affect that...they would already have info and other ways to prove it.

Yeah...DR...you would only know what I watch IF you are watching it also.
Anyone who is called to testify when they suspect the atmosphere is going to be hostile and everyone waiting to jump on you would NOT volunteer to testify without immunity....I am sure his attorney is giving him that advice....
