Next time that happens, go to the phone provider who sold you that great phone and told you all would be great...then ask for them to fix it.
You will not meet the same person who sold you that phone, but talking face to face with someone in that company can go a long way.

Go to Best buy anbd see if the Samsung Rep's there can help. They are pretty good.
