so he used the seeing patients as an excuse to stay on the plane...regardless he will get a nice settlement...the blood on the face has to add 100k to it.

I understand his license was revoked, but reinstated to allow him to work one day a week practicing internal medicine. Sounds like he blatantly lied about his seeing patients the next day unless his 'one day' to practice is actually Monday.
But the guy was convicted of over prescribing medication and also exchange of the medication for illegal activities.....a real premier citizen....LOL..

His previous convictions have nothing to do with his treatment on board that aircraft. You mofos always like to blame the fucking victim.
He could be a murderer, but he still didn't need to be treated that way.

funny...if that is the case of only being able to see them one day his absolute resolve was on display for his clients. i have never heard of a license limiting you to one day?

United had the option to go as high as $1300 to entice passengers to give up their seat. They stopped at $800. I smell a lawsuit.
According to news reports the airlines has the authority to evict your ass off a plane.
I don't think it would have been as much media concern if they had snatched my ass off the plane. I gave up my seat out of O'hare for $600 a few years back. I was booked on another flight two hours later and since my car was at my home (Ontario) airport I had no problem with it.

got a friend that works for american and whenever he has to get back to work its his responsibility to get back on time even if he has to pay for the ticket. three days before going back he monitors open seats in san diego, orange county, LA and SF....would get fired if not making it back in time...customers don't get bumped so he gets a seat. i have seen him take connecting flights to other cities to make shit happen.

I was bringing up the fact that he lost his medical license and practice.....he claimed he needed to get back to his patients.....which was probably a lie.

we here who brought up the fucking medical? meant nothing by it. yesterday they said he yelled he needed to see his clients...no big deal. i brought that up yesterday. the airline is wrong and will make payments, change their ways.
i wanted to know if he was an actual doctor when he said it or was fibbing. I have fibbed a few times trying to get something thru...a few memories were being jogged so that is why it came up.

Punchy: "I'm sorry, I need to get back to my bitches in the morning. Poppa needs some lovin."
Security: "You need to get the fuck out of that seat! I don't give a fuck how many bitches need your lovin, or vice-versa!"
Security slams Punchy's head into the armrest and busts his lip, then drags him out.
It don't fuckin matter if Punchy has bitches or not, he was roughed up out of his seat to be given to a fuckin employee.

The guy was striped of his license...then given the right to practice ONE day a week.....I think I have a 1/7 chance that he is lying......
Only if his day to practice is MONDAY, is he telling the truth....otherwise, he is lying.....

Not sure why anyone would make a stink about anything to do with air travel....no one cuts anyone slack when it comes to this stuff......
He ran back onto the plane AFTER he was told he would not be going on the flight.....
