nato? they were not spending the agreed amt on defense...they have made a renewed effort to get to 2%...2 or 3 new countries have made it and overall spending is up. the more they spend the less we have to.
if you can't see this...it means you don't really care about it and just want the don to fail no matter what he does to the detriment of the country. just keep copy/pasting the liberal line dribble
