Every five minutes on US TV there is a commercial about a very serious very complicated medicine for either cancer or heart disease. I don't mind the boner pill ads but when they start singing the song from Annie for pills for heart failure or shows the happy old lady with metastasized cancer it makes me want to throw up. These medicines have serious side effects and may only increase life span by a few months on average. They are horrendously expensive thus the pharmaceutical industry wants patients to beg their doctors for treatment especially those that have good insurance.
Worse yet the American taxpayer is paying for these stupid commercials by the Republican controlled congress not allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices.

It does bother me the side effects for the drug to cure frequent urination is diarrhea.

Car commercials, most times their car is the only car on the road. They've lost touch with reality.
