For the past two nights I've the had the hardest time sleeping, and the sleep I did get was shitty to say the least.

Oddly enough, I've talked to a number of people that are in the same boat. Anyone else been getting crappy sleep the last few nights?

Any suggestions for getting the rest you need when everything else is working against it?

Reading Dipshits blogs are only going to make my blood boil or make me laugh uncontrollably. Neither of which will help me sleep.

I've tried alcohol, and had mixed results. Enough to knock me out gives me a headache the next morning.

I didn't know about the nightmares and Melatonin. I mean fuck, if you're going to have lucid dreams, why can't it be the ones where I'm on top of a pyramid with naked beautiful women worshipping me?

I'm going to look into the Valerian Root. That might be a possibility.

Try eating a turkey drumstick a side of mash potatoes, corn on the cob, a scoop of Thritys ice cream with chocolate syrup. Chase it with a cup of hot chocolate. And then have a nekid broad give you a nice back rub.
That'll do it.

Do what I do when I can not sleep, go for a walk. I like to listen to the sounds at night, stay in the shadows. If there is a window and a light is on take a peak. I like to do a light knock on the window and when the person sees me I give them a smile. Sometimes they will scream which is kind of funny to me. Take a dog with you. if you do not have a dog borrow one. Carry a leash with you then if the cops find you tell them your looking for your dog or a person's dog you are watching even if you are not and really do not have a dog. Bring a squeaky toy too but not a brand new one. Sleep tight every one.

First of all, it's full moon and the ancient hunter in all of us will be programmed to not sleep, it's hunting time.
If you want to sleep go to pharma, it works on headaches, a limp dick and also for 8 hours of snoozes.
Melatonin and valerian is for lightweighters.. Don't work on real sleeplessness.
