On a bet several years ago I put on a pair of nipple clips under my shirt and wore them the whole night during a date. After we were done with dinner and some drinks we went back to her place. She asked my I was feeling and I told her no big deal, they're numb. She laughed and just said "OK TOUGH GUY"
Well, when she took the first one off I thought she was branding me with a hot poker. All the blood rushed into them and the pain was so intense I was worried I might have done permanent damage. Based on that experience, I have determined that nipple piercing must be 10x worse. FUCK THAT!!!

I think they are very sexy. just like jewelry accents beautiful skin and curves, some nipple bling adds to a nipple or breast--the contrast of hard metal and soft skin.
It's interesting tho that it used to be nipple rings were the thing. Now bars are the fashion. I like the bars... seems like the solid metal emphasizes the soft curves even more.
And I titally get the pain/pleasure rush thing.
