Ok, so Drumpf gets in front of his 99% white Alabaman base and goes after Black NBA and NFL players expressing their 1st Amendment rights! He wants his white NFL owner friends to fire them!
Here he is though exercising his 1st amendment rights as always by saying whatever the F___ he wants to say! White privilege and double standards! He talks rougher & tougher to the Black players than his butt-buddy Putin! Can you say Collusion! He will never unify this country because he is a RACIST and a WHITE SUPREMACIST! At the rally, he told his white base that if Hillary would've won, she would've taken away their 2nd Amendment rights! What's more important, your 1st Amendment Right or your 2nd Amendment Right? We will continue to resist this foul administration and their racist tactics!

jimbo, how can you say that! Just because he withdrew his invitation to Curry and Golden State because they were talkin about not going to the White House. Remember Brady didn't go with the Patriots and...um...one's black and one's wh...OK, so what should we do with that rocket guy?

As a business owner, I can require certain decorum from my employees. They don't have to work for me, so if they object to my requirements, they can go elsewhere.

I can require they wear certain uniforms and conduct themselves in certain ways. If I request they stand during the National Anthem, that is my right. I can demand they don't moon the crowd, hit a customer, or give vulgar gestures. Just as it is their right to quit.

Teeitup, Yes Brady did not go and Drumpf said nothing, so why is he saying something about Curry? It is because Brady and Robert Kraft are his friends. There were Black players on the Patriots that did not attend and he did not blast them!

Jazz, What you are talking about is totally different! There is always an expectation to show common decency and decorum in the workplace. This is about a social issue that affects 12 million Black people in the US! To be able to have the same equal rights without being discriminated against based on the color of your skin! There is a double standard period! Have you ever gone to a store dressed in a suit and tie and have security follow you or shop and the cashier expects you to pull out food stamps or get shot for exercising your 2nd Amendment right to bear arms? Hell No! Drumpf is feeding on the fears of the white majority against the minority populace! That is how he got voted in! Plain and simple!

And to show, again, how petty he is trumpy said he withdraws invite to Curry even though Curry already said he wouldn't go. Now the team said they won't go, first time a complete team(Warriors) has refused to attend White House. And NC college champs said they won't go to Whitey House either.

Exactly and that is what most Black NFL and NBA players do, they make money but they also give back to their communities wherever they are. However, if you have the POTUS giving a negative portrayal of them because they exercise their 1st Amendment right, you have to say something! It affects us all! I am not anti-white, because without white people's activism; the Civil Rights movement would've failed and Jim Crow would still be the law of the land. At the same time, the Re-Pubicans are now trying to suppress votes and did not reinstate the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

To call the Black Lives Matter group a terrorist group when they have not killed anyone, but not label the KKK or any white supremacist group the same is ludicrous! The KKK have been killing black people for many years! The FBI and Hoover went to court to label the Black Panthers a Black Extremist Group and overturned their rights to the 2nd amendment when they wanted to bear arms in their own community. The Panthers and the community got tired of the police beating and killing their people! Stay Woke!

False you can't force someone to stand for flag. My family is Jehovah's Witness ( I'm not) they are protected under the law for religious freedom. If you fire them it's an automatic violation and you will be paying

If someone has the right to sit in protest when the national anthem is played then they need to be able to handle the criticism they receive for making this decision. If one does not support the U.S.A. by honoring the flag and the national anthem, I have the right to not want this individual on my team, as a colleague, as an employee, as a friend. I don't care if your skin color is: black, white, brown, green, yellow, orange, red...If one lives in America and does not want to honor this country (flag, national anthem, laws, etc...) then maybe they should consider living in a country that is a better fit for them. If they don't want to live in a different country then you need to be able to handle the backlash for the choices you make. This has everything to do with the freedom of choice, because choice can be controversial. This has nothing to do with being a racist!

It's okay for the right to complain about America's social problems, but not the Blacks.

Yes, we all supposed to be equal under the 1st amendment to be able to say what we want, especially if it a peaceable protest! What difference does it make if the person is rich or not! It is hard to be in the white privileged class and try to walk in the shoes of a historically-suppressed class! You will never see my point of view until you have lived or walked in a my shoes! I do not believe in the Victim role and I don't play the race card whenever I am hit with adversity, but it is obvious that is what Drumpf is playing! He is pitting the majority whites against the minority population in the US.
What he says is important because he is supposed to be the President for ALL OF US, not just his base of Deporables!

Be real and accept that this is the truth and no matter how you twist it, it will never change while Drumpf is the President! He has yet to govern this country, all he does is have divisive rallies and play golf! SAD!

Donald Trump has used the power and authority of the Presidency of the United States to call for the firing, and to question the patriotism, of a private citizen employed by a private company. Not because the person did something illegal but because that person exercised his first amendment rights. That is an extraordinary abuse of the power of the office of the Presidency.

To make his actions even more abhorrent, this is coming from a man who took every deferment possible to avoid serving his country in a time of war. A man who employed undocumented immigrants instead of American citizens. Who at every opportunity purchased cheaper goods from China, Vietnam, or any other place besides the United States.

A man that does not give a rats' ass that Russia meddled in the 2016 election, and does not seem like he has any intent on doing anything about it. Moreover, he can't find a harsh word for Putin, a former KGB spymaster, who ordered the meddling. A man who met with the Russian Ambassador and Foreign Minister and shared Israel's classified information with them. Oh yeah the meeting was attended by Russian media but not the American media. With a track record like that there is no less patriotic man in America than Donald Trump. So for him to question someone else's patriotism is utterly ridiculous.
