Allowing someone to send you self-destructing mail means they are allowed to send you a PM that self destructs after you open the PM one time, it disappears. You can still take a screencap of the PM if you want.

You forgot to mention that you have to allow someone to send self destructing mail - applies for individuals - club broadcasts can be set to self destruct by the club owner.
