Has anyone considered that there are physical limitations on how quickly aid and relief can be delivered to an island with damaged infrastructure?
I'm curious about how much preparation the government of Puerto Rico had in place. Keeping in mind that the level of destruction is unprecedented, you do live on an island that's been hit by hurricanes in the past.

Trump is fixated on the dollar amount Puerto Rico is in debt, and on how much it will cost to send aide to them and or rebuild. He's looking like a real assfuck if ever so.
