Public service employees who clean up after the homeless should get the vaccine. The Hep A Vaccine can cause anal leakage, explosive diarrhea at really bad times, blindness, kidney failure, hair loss and death. If you or your loved ones have experienced any of these due to the Hep a vaccine then you are entitled to financial compensation.
