Yes I logged into mysprint acct but everything seems to be normal. I guess I’ll give customer support a call. Thought some of my techie guys might have a quick fix.

I have sprint as well and dont have any issues, maybe you can try clearing your history and restarting your phone?

mine was doing that yesterday but i have tmobile it lasted a good hour or two then it was back working.....after i thought it was my phone and reset the thing twice

Mine did the same thing day before yesterday with at&t I cleared my history and cache and did a soft reboot not hard reboot where it wipes the entire phone. Maybe too much porn??? Anyhow that worked for me hope it works for you.

Thanks partytime and ladies just cleared my history and restarted my phone and it worked. What a rookie move I should’ve tried that in the first place. Thanks again!

I have Virgin Mobile which is a subsidiary of Sprint. It's rare but sometimes my phone won't load HX so I will use Google to log on.

If you are being blocked by your service provider install an VPN app on your phone and set it for all apps. Turn it on and you disappear! They no longer know who to block if it’s an IP address from Mexico or France lol

I had the same issue yesterday. I checked a bunch of settings but I am pretty sure re-booting the phone fixed it. No issues since yesterday.

I was at the apple store today and when I tried to log on, it went to the apple website
when I got out of there, it went back on to hx

I had a weird issue myself. I had to go into my history and delete everything and then turn off my IPhone and update it.
When I did all that, the update wouldn’t follow through. Wondering if it’s bc this is an adult site? Btw, my carrier is AT&T.

It’s been my experience the site does go down every morning for an hour or so around 4am. Not saying this is your specific problem but for anyone else, that time of day is the site updating.
