It's relative. If you're a greedy American taxpayer it's a 10.
If you're there and your lights are still out, probably a 1 or 2.

The saddest part of politics is we gone out leaders little room to admit mistakes or deficiency. Any thing you admit is not great becomes a weapon used against you.
We saw it with President Obama... the slightest admission was played on an endless loop by the right. Parts of the right treated Obama horrendously. I thought it was the worst I had ever seen... until now.
Trump gets his ass kicked enough without giving them additional fodder.
So... rarely will you hear a polititian admit they didn’t do a good job at something.

Let the local folks vote.. Wait! is the infrastructure fixed yet?

Kaiser, you're probably more correct than most, so I'm gunna give you a 8 on that one.
But with Tramp, I think his ego makes it impossible for him to be Fair and Balanced,

I don’t know about all his policies. But he seems to have sociopathic tendencies. No conscience.

"can I grab some pussy now?"
Walter, didn't Tramp make that one of his campaign promises? God, another failed promise...you'd think the Rep. Congress would at least get together on that one.

Trump >>> Obummer

Teeit up.... Trump surely has some serious personality issues. You can see the ego, the narcissism, the thin skinned emotional responses. You would hope our President can manage himself better than that.
You have to have narcissistic tendencies to even think you should be the president. “Yeah. I should absolutely be the most powerful leader of the world.”
He is clearly worse than others at hiding it. But... we knew that. We knew he is not the politically polished politician we were used to. That is why some voted for him.
Does he embarrass me sometimes? Absolutely.
Do I think he is doing the horrible job like those who hate him say? No. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely.
What I like:
1. He turned strategic control of military decisions over to the military.
2. He gives both big and small business confidence to stretch out.
3. People on the world stage may not like him... but they know he isn’t fucking around. There is a method to his madness.
What I don’t like:
1. I hate that he wants to tear up healthcare without having a real plan. I hate Obamacare. As an employer... It has cost my people jobs and pay increases. But its here... and we will never go back to less than this. I want to see options for a plan that works.
2. He voices his opinions too quickly. It seems he doesn’t take the time to consider the long game and how his words impact debate.
3. He is inarticulate. I don’t think he is as dumb as he sometimes sounds. But again.... we knew that before the election.
Rate him? 6.5 (out of 10) at the moment
I would have given President Obama an 7.5 his first 4 and an 8.5 his second 4.
It is literally the hardest job in the world... with the harshest critics. So just like I felt about President Obama, I want to give him some time to settle into the job. It’s obviously not the way he thought it was going to be. Leading Government is very different than leading a business.

Kaiser:
1.Tramp gives business confidence because of what he promised, e.g., tax cuts, less regulation, a business friendly government. Except for his Executive Orders, he hasn't been able to do almost anything he promised. The economy was improving before Tramp entered office so it's not all of his doing.
2. People in many countries around the world don't like Tramp and don't know what he's trying to do. I'm guessing you haven't been out of the country since Jan. cause if you listen to foreign media and leaders, they scratch their heads when Tramp talks.
3. What's the "method to his madness" when he "tear(s) up healthcare without having a real plan?"
4. One of my biggest worries is that he doesn't understand many or most of the issues he's trying to legislate. And maybe he doesn't listen to people around him who do understand it or his people don't understand it either (i.e., they are being swayed by lobbyists or wealthy people with stakes in the outcome?)

^^^If you want a direct, honest answer, no way.
Tramp has NEVER cared about what everyone wants, NEVER. He's a narcissist. Only cares about himself and how he looks. Only thing he cares about is getting rid of Obamacare.
