not good...banks pull tricks all the time
last year had one acct where the bank decided unilaterally to convert it to an interest bearing acct subjecting it to a 25 dollar monthly fee. I noticed on one day they gave me dollar of interest and the next day charge me the 25bucks. I called them to get it corrected and they said i had to go in person to the bank - on the phone they told me an interest bearing acct was better for me??? wtf? I was hitting the roof at this point.
I might be inside a bank 3times a year...got in after another month...they changed it in 10seconds and credited the money taken...the same words of defending it and being better for me started coming out of his mouth before I stopped him in his tracks and went over it step by step with him as if it was his acct...he got the jist.
without the consumer protections they will be pulling this and more on regular basis and not feel the need to correct and credit.

Banks are investible. They will make millions by stealing 25 bucks here and 50 there. Nobody goes to court over 50 bucks. If you bitch enough you can get your 50 back. Don't think Credit Unions are any better. They charge basically the same rates as banks and yet never ever turn a profit that by law has to be returned to the membership.
Buy the small banks. They were worried that they could be bankrupted by a class action. Now they can start stealing without worrying. Golly you Trumpy's must be proud !
