Is meat healthy for you? Some say it's hard for the body to digest, but then we're told it's good protein.

It depends on the individual persons diet. There are very unhealthy and over weight vegetarians and meat eaters.

Best if your diet is raw meat. There are too many things in the other kind.

Lamb, and grass fed bison, are not too hard on the body, and I think the best option of red meat for humans.

Processed meats like sausage, bologna, and hamburger are bad because of all the preservatives.

Grilled chicken, tuna, sardines, and salmon are good.

If you are trying to lose weight, I recommend heavy protein, no sugar, and light carbs. But, you should understand that this really is an unsustainable diet and eventually, you will need to modify it.

Finally, a well balanced diet keeps you at a fit weight and still lets you enjoy your meals. Eat more natural foods and less processed anything. Have one night a week of eatwhachalike and you'll be fine.

Just eat a balanced diet. Don't do whatever the latest health food fad tells you to do. Being an actual vegan is extremely hard work to get all of your nutrients in. Not one of those vegans that like to go around and just tell everyone they are vegan and not actually get the nutrients their body needs.

But honestly, BACON!!!!

Avoid red meat, chicken and fish are good protein. Cheese and yogurt are also good for protein replacements.

Meat has to many antibiotics and steroids and who knows what else in them. A healthy diet should consist of lots of fruits and vegetables organic of course. If you do eat meat I would recommend grass feed cows with no steroids or antibiotics a little costly but very healthy. A good workout routine and your set! Just my opinion!

Yes, meat is healthy for you. It actually helps develop the brain and memory as you grow and grow older.

You have to combine that with lots of fruits and vegetables.

Eat meat
Eat fish
Eat salads
Eat fruits

^^^All in equal portions. Balance your meals.

I think the jury might still be out on this one. I come in an area of the US where it was all natural meats no additives of any kind. So 3/4 of my life has been spend eating the additiveinfected meat on Southern Cal. Now at least 80% of those who started at my age are gone and I am still kicking around.

I just eat what I need at the time fast food, mexican food, sprouts grocery or whatever its all good 4 me that is. Hey hey laugh and be happy enjoy urself its the only self U have.
