When the lottery first started the way to get in the drawing was if you won a $100 scratcher you qualified. The first day of the lottery I won a $100 scratcher. I went back to the store to get information on sending in the ticket. Th guy told me the ticket was no good and he would through it away for me. I mailed it to the lottery office and received a check for $100 but never heard anything about the drawing.

I won 200 once, but told my ex I won a100. She was still happy.
Through drawing was for " THE BIG SPIN". I you didn't hear from them you weren't drawn.
