Well they have to make sure it's for physical contact, not just looking, drooling, etc. Even with Trampgate going on, there are still enough shyster lawyers running around who want to make a fast buck.

Guys are going to be so afraid of a sexual harassment suit that if a woman in choking or having a heart attack no guy is going to touch her.

The solution is that men have to be taught that 90% plus of them are disgusting to fertile women. They need to be trained that no woman wants to see them naked unless they are young and extremely good looking. No twenty something wants to see a fat comedian or a 70 year old talk show host naked.If they have power in some industry men need to be trained that their position of power does not make them desirable except as a possible spouse. men in the business setting need to be reminded often that just because a young woman looks at them or even flirts with them does not mean they want to have sex with them. There is a perfectly fine way for men with disposable income can find willing partners to fulfill sexual needs and fantasies. If they choose not to take advantage of that option they put their careers in jeopardy at a minimum.
I think Al Franken and maybe some other have been caught up in the frenzy but if you're missing the "gene" that tells you not to stick your tongue down another actors throat or the awkward feeling when a woman you don't know that way wants to hug or get too close in a group photo maybe politics is not the job for you. Of course if you live in Alabama or have a Billion bucks you can do anything you want... and still get elected.
