Jimmy IS great for what he did after he was president not while he was president. Of course the oil embargo was his fault. We could have had $3.00 bbl oil forever if he just dropped a few Abombs on (insert racist slant here).

Many of the FF's believed that only property owners should be allowed to vote and that owning other people was fine and dandy so I don't revere them as much as some. But this could be as close as you southerners get to a full on dictatorship. All it would take is a North Korean attack and your "strong" leader to massively retaliate. A good "the sky is falling" speech and "for the good of the country" arrests and detention of "libtard" congressmen...modifying the war powers act...calling out the National Guard to deal with the demonstrators.
When the shit goes down I just hope MY president has the guts to close the borders.
