Why are there some many level 0 members on HX who have been members since like 2007 or so with absolutely no network at all. I find it weird so im guessing there pervs lol.

They were probably lurkers transferred over from the prior site when HX was created.

I thought once a handle is used, it can never be registered again even if the user quits.

Will we run out of handles eventually? Sounds like Y2K all over again.
