Try some Trans X fluid or Lucas Transmission fluid. Buy a pump to stick down where the transmission dipstick is and pump up as much fluid as you can then replace with the Lucas or Trans X. Best place and cheapest price for pump and fluid is Walmart. Your transmission will improve then sell the vehicle to someone you do not know very well or probably will not see again.
