So I guess thatTramp was correct in cutting FEMA's budget. Nukes are more useful than emergency relief.

He doesn't care. His gold toilet is high and dry 30 floors up in Tramp Tower.

Now he's going to the flood area to show his concern for the displaced homeless peasants. But I bet he doesn't show up with his shirt sleeves rolled up.

Wonder if he will pardon hurricane Harvey. After all, it's going to stimulate business, especially construction so he can take credit for the new jobs. MAGA
