Maybe their ex gov and now trumpy head of DOE, Rick Perry, can hold another massive prayer meeting to have god stop the rain. Back when Texas was hit with droughts he had everyone of his ditto heads pray to rain god for rain, well it took a few years but I guess god got around to it! And the great state of Texas has few building regulations to force builders to high standards for building in flood areas or to set up methods to alleviate flood waters....go Texas!!

In reality, they might have killed a woman on the plane for her shoes. If the shoes are hers, they might have shipped it with a fighter jet and smuggled them into the cabin when the plane landed.
