The solution is: Do not feed the homeless or give them a dime not even at the freeway exits. Soon they will disappear.

I had one of those for about a year, she lost her job soon after moving in with me. Bad thing is she wanted to be in charge. Since she couldn't be in charge she moved out and left me a note saying she moved to her dad's place. I never saw her agIn.
