Saints fucked up ball management...could've kicked a FG with no time instead of 25 seconds. Exciting finish, disappointing for Saints backers. Think Brees was ready to pass Aaron Rodgers on the all-time QB list had he booked a trip back to the Super Bowl. But that's gone, unless Brees gets back to a Super Bowl in the future, which seems pretty unlikely after this crazy loss. Probably take NO a few seasons to gather themselves after this bullshit.

Jeff Hostetler was the starter when NYG upset BUF in Tampa back in '90. Simms resume still says two-time Super Bowl champion.
