I'm not a fan of the Patriots. But I'm a fan of good sports stories. And a Patriots dynasty makes for a good story (as long as my team is out of the picture), especially in a league that tries so hard to create competitive balance (e.g., salary caps, draft picks based on W/L, schedule based on W/L). That so many people hate the Patriots makes their winning all the more enjoyable.

Fraggit, I will be fishing 2 weekends from now. Not much of a Super Bowl. I predict the lowest rated Super Bowl in the last 20 years.

Let me repeat myself...
Puck the Jags in the fourth quarter. Maybe if you run on first down up the gut on three or four consecutive drives you can fool the defense...and get five yards total on all 3 or 4 tries. Course the defense was so fooled they only put 10 men on the line on scrimmage. Then maybe you can run on second down too...so you'll be third and 8 or third and 11. FMLT
I guess that's what you should expect from a team that hasn't been in the playoffs since the ice age. I think the Jag players total playoff experience was a total of six games...including the punter who had one or two games.

If you are a Steelers fan don’t you want to see James Harrison win a ring. That makes more sense then rooting for the team that knocked you out..

I really did not want the Patriots to win. If Brown and Bell both signed with the Jags in week 17 and then beat the Steelers in the playoffs, I would still want the Jags to beat the Pats.
