Live? Think maybe like a Terrapin Station from 9/29/93 in Boston...that one was 15 minutes.
I went to FURTHUR New Year's Show back in like 2011 in SF. They played a very, very long version of Terrapin that night as well easily 20+ minutes...I also recall Colors Of The Rain seeming like it was at least 15+ minutes.
But there are some Terrapins from the late 70s shows that are closer to 25 minutes long.

Allan Bros. had an extended live improv cut called Mountain Jam. Standard cuts were Karna Evil 9 by ELP, with honorable mention to In-a-gadda-da-vida by Iron Butterfly, which was never intended to be recorded.

While Pink Flloyd's "Dogs" is 17 mins, I think the multi-part "Shine on you Crazy Diamond" is longer (25 mins I'm guessing?) and worth a listen anytime.

The original Manhunter movie 1986 directed by Michael Mann (Thomas Harris novel) had a long scene with Iron's Butterfly most popular song In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. Mann did years of research with the FBI preparing for the film. The song was included because Mann also spent many months corresponding with a serial killer who believed it was the song that connected him to a woman he had an obsession for.

Is a symphony considered the same thing as a song? If it is then there are a number of symphonies that are close to an hour or longer. Beethoven's 9th is just over one hour.
