This emotional support animal bullshit is too much. I realize there are real needs, but it's gone too far. This past Friday in PHX airport, AA personnel removed someone with a 85 lb growling, barking German Shepard from terminal.
Anyone can buy the certificate online, but the abuse has to stop before it is ruined for folks who really need this.
Perhaps they should just allow true service dogs, they're expensive, well trained, don't bark, shit, drool, etc...and they stay put.
Just my .02, keep your crap at home or put in a crate in the cargo areas.

The only reason most people are doing this is they are too fucking cheap to pay for the cost of the pet travel fee on the airlines.
