What it means is trumpy has been circumventing the process by letting anyone he wants to be involved in his advising and WH clearance into top secret meetings. Kushner and buddies should never have been allowed into meetings he did not have clearance for. It also means his clearance is likely not happening too soon. And no this length of time for clearance is not normal.

So she is called on to answer questions to House committee and after refusing to answer most questions, she resigns the next day! Oh, and she said she only tells "white lies"! ^^^Another reason for the delay is that Jarrod doesn't seem to be able to fill out the security application form COMPLETELY every time he submits one. Has had to add new info. every time a newspaper published a new Jarrod expose.
