Nah it's still about the movies.
Ocho * tres = 24!! Take that Earvin, Cap and Mr Logo...guess that's case closed, right?
Bitches are pissed off that Gary Oldman won despite allegedly slapping his wife around 17 years ago and bitches are pissed off that Kobe won despite being accused of rape.
Fuck what people? Whatever are you talking about? The actors? I'm not following...
I don't follow you. Why is Weinstein stalking people all of a sudden? He was harassing a few months ago, mainly women. Now he's stalking? Are the Mossad agents involved? One more question, is he any good at the stalking thing? He's kinda large and likely not too quiet, you know he's Jewish, right?

I guess francis forgot her makeup, did she not expect to win or another feminist statment like she made onstage.
Feminist statement upside yo head!! Plus the ease of after party cleanup. Ever been to the Governors Ball, Mr heliman?!?! I have...and I'll tell ya, a face made up like a clown is something you do not want...oh no, not in any way, shape or form.
Super glue to the rescue
You talkin' about Weinstein? That good, huh...never guessed the man could stalk.
I agree, they have become too political.
Bunch of libtards
I know, right? Bitches ain't wearing makeup and shit. I'm done. They talkin' all high falutin too, them libs...ruining my Sunday night.
Back in my day, when we gave an Oscar to the best actress, she made her face up extravagantly. Tjis new thing, this no makeup thing...well I blame LeBron James, The Obamas and Beyoncé. And all those damn Jews in Hollywood ain't helping either.
I prefer to see her put on a Ronald McDonald face...then go faceless, sans makeup WTF!! That's motherfuckin heresy. Put on a damn face, bitch!
Kobe won an Oscar and the guy he won it took up most a the speech time, barely let Kobe speak lol
Good point. Kobe never gets to talk. I've never rarely heard him speak.
There you go again .
You honkys are gettin all worked up over shit you have no part of.
Come on people, let's have a Foty and forget about the whole thing.
Now, who's buying.

chick in yellow dress stood out the most....garner looked good, but she is old now
THAT'S ABOUT AS GOOD A S FRANCIS LOOKS!!!
So Hey Duke, does this mean I got to dress up in order to blog too? SMH
Just watch those damn parentheses, Low Tee. I'm multiplying factors and blowin' your shit up.
Yea someone is getting their ass chewed out today.
That "In Memoriam" really left out a lot of good actors/actresses.
The Rhinestone Cowboy and Batman...who else was a notable exclusion?
heyduke...did you not READ the article? In addition to Adam West and Glen Campbell.....
Other people left out of the “In Memoriam” segment included “Harlem Nights” actress Della Reese, “The Lion King” actor Robert Guillaume, “Frasier” star John Mahoney, Jim Nabors of “Gomer Pyle,” “The Partridge Family” star David Cassidy, “Magnum P.I.” actor John Hillerman, “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” director Tobe Hooper, “Written on the Wind” actress Dorothy Malone, and “House of Cards” actor Reg. E. Cathey.
There are a lot of common names they really messed that up. I didn't watch anything last night. But Damn those are popular actors how many behind the scene people did they miss?
No I couldn't read it...was driving like 100 mph on the 105 fwy.
Thank you, Mr. Ron Carter...on the bass that's my man Ron Carter. Was hoping someone would do exactly what you did...great minds...great minds.
Man that ain't cool at all. Benson gettin' the shaft...what gives? Mahoney left out?!?! Don't tell Eddie, it'll only upset him.
Isn't Oscars for motion picture actors, actresses, directors and workers? So TV people who died don't count. If you didn't make it big on the big screen, you weren't "In Memoriam." And there's only so much time to allot to it. Sure they could flip them so fast no one could read who he/she is.
Jesus, give it a break. I could say "they're dead so who cares" but that would be mean and totally uncalled for.
Many of these names are both TV, song and movie stars.
The Oscars has time enough for 5 minute political speeches by the presenters and recipients, but can't include a memorial that lists people who were stars in their industry.....
Powers Boothe has been in films like Tombstone, Red Dawn, Southern Comfort, Nixon, Frailty and probably at least 30 others.
John Mahoney was in The American President, Moonstruck, In the Line of Fire, Tin Men, Say Anything, and at least another 25 or 30 films.
Tobe Hooper directed The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Poltergeist....and a dozen other horror films. Now whether you want to determine if a horror film is worse than some political film, that could be debated. But he moved the horror film genre forward during his career.

Glen Campbell - His music was in many movies throughout the years...most notably Midnight Cowboy. Inclusion warranted.
Adam West - Batman was a movie first, plus it's iconic. His inclusion was warranted.
Della Reese - She was in numerous movies over the years. Her inclusion warranted.
Robert Guillaume - He was in numerous movies over the years. Shoulda been included.
John Mahoney - He was in many, many movies. I remember Moonstruck for sure. Get him in there already...inclusion warranted.
Jim Nabors - He was in a few movies...most notable about an establishment that was diminutive and located in Texas. 50 / 50 on this homie...probably go yea myself, dunno about y'all.
David Cassidy - Just a handful of movies. I could see him missing the list of inclusion.
John Hillerman - No-brainer YES. Dude was in High Plains Drifter.
Tobe Hooper - Yes...obvious IMO.
Dorothy Malone - So fuckn obvious a YES. She won an oscar in '57...think that's an automatic.
Reg. E. Cathey - No doubt...dude was prolific. Inclusion was warranted.

The In Memoriam portion of the telecast has been handled poorly for like a decade now. They ain't haters, Woody. They just incompetent.
The Hollywood types claim to be 'all inclusive' and they are the least inclusive people around......
Don't you dare to be a Republican or profess conservative ideals....or not be one of the 'favored' and 'chosen' ones......
90th Academy Awards on Sunday night drew a 18.9 rating in metered market results, down 15 percent versus last year’s ceremony to mark a fourth straight year of decline.
They are finally getting what they deserve. Maybe if they make there awards show an awards show instead of a political soap box, their ratings will improve. Until then, I hope they crash and burn.
"their" instead of 'there'
I was correcting my statement above where I incorrectly used there when I needed to use their. I got it incorrect and then got it correct....
Why such vitriol, Dizzy G? It's a fun night. No need to get all h8terish up in here.
Ratings are down for awards shows in general. 18.9 is still very strong and shows how relevant the Oscars still are.
Goddam. .......all that!
